How does the process work?

This process ensures that every client receives the highest level of service and full support from the first contact to the completion of the project.

1.Contact and request a quote

After filling in the Request for Quote form on our website, we will receive a message from the interested party. We will answer your questions and clarify your needs and the project outline.

2.Preparing a personalised quote

Based on the specifications provided, we will prepare and send you a quotation detailing the materials, costs and the planned work process.

3.Follow - up and on-site survey

We will contact you after a few days to make sure you have received a quote and that it meets your expectations. If you have any questions or need to make any changes, you can let us know at this stage and we will provide you with a new quote if necessary.

4.Follow - up and on-site survey

If you require installation, we will arrange an appointment with you for an on-site survey, during which we will take accurate measurements and assess the specific requirements of the installation environment, such as orientation and any necessary accessories (e.g. side screening, glass walls). Based on the results of the survey, we will provide you with an accurate, final quotation.

5.Contracting

If you accept the quotation, you accept the General Terms and Conditions by paying the deposit and your order becomes final.

6.Custom manufacturing

The pergola will be manufactured according to the individual dimensions and specifications of the order.

7.Notification and Agreement on Installation Date

Once your custom pergola is ready, we will contact you to arrange a time for installation or delivery.

8.Final Payment and Delivery

We will invoice you for the remainder of the purchase price and deliver or install the pergola upon receipt of payment.

9.Installation

The installation will be carried out at the agreed location, and the cost will be invoiced after the work has been carried out. Then all you have to do is enjoy the comfort of your beautiful new pergola.

10.Reference works documentation

And this is really the last step: to make it easier for others to choose between the different pergolas, we will take photos and videos of the installed pergola after the project is finished, to be used as reference material.
